Should the Organization receive any complaints or correspondence related to handling of personal information, or with respect to any personal data for which the Organization has been granted permission to respond to legal disclosure requests, etc., when there is a request for legal disclosure of personal information etc. from the user in question (or from a representative), we will notify in advance the user in question appropriately and promptly via the communication method we were notified by.
