As the name suggests, Shochu holdings has been around since the Meiji Era. We are innovating old-fashioned authentic shochu making techniques to present times. During production, you can see the state of shochu making, and you can also experience participating in the processes with an advanced reservation. There is also shochu which can only be purchased at Meijigura. There is also tasting available, so please try the authentic shochu.
