The Brewing members of an association of the prefecture produced "Satsuma Muso ",well known as the Kagoshima shochu, which is all in order to spread world-widly that "Shochu" is a representative local prodacut of Kagoshima prefecture. They work hard with certain passion of making shochu that will be loved for a long time.
