The beginning of the year is the time for Japanese sake breweries in Kyushu tofinish up their sake brewing process. Around the end of January to May, each brewery held an event called “Kurabiraki”. At these events, visitors can get samples of each breweries new sake, a tour of their brewery and you also might get the chance to talk with their chief brewer.
These events are of course for those who love Sake, but those who are not able to drink alcohol would enjoy it as well. Here is a list of Kurabiraki events
